Kendriya Vidyalaya Parbhani was established by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, New Delhi (Ministry of Education) on 30.11.2018 at Brahmapuri, Gangakhed Road, Parbhani. The Vidyalaya is located approximately 6 km from Parbhani city.
During the academic session 2025–26, the school is functioning from Class I to Class X, and will continue to grow naturally in subsequent years.
The Vidyalaya was earlier operating from a temporary building provided by the State Government (District Collector) at the District Library Officer’s Office, Kalyan Nagar, Basmat Road, Parbhani. Subsequently, the school has been shifted to its permanent building on 11.12.2025, located at Mauza Brahmapuri Tarfe Lohgaon, Gangakhed Road, Parbhani – 431402.
For the construction of the new Vidyalaya building, the State Government has allotted 8 acres of land to Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS).
